Granby 4 Streets CLT were given the option by Liverpool City Council, to acquire and develop a portfolio of seven properties along Cairns Street and Granby Street in Liverpool 8. The CLT subsequently secured Homes England and Power to Change Funding to undertake feasibility and design work up to and including planning submission.
The projects bring the properties back into use, which have suffered demolition or severe dilapidation over a period of prolonged dereliction. Plans developed included options appraisals and preferred designs for a mixture of residential and commercial development.
Through & Around were appointed in 2019 as project managers for the feasibility study up to and including RIBA Stage 3, including Client brief development and project team procurement.
