Overview

In 2017 the Irish Aerial Creation Centre (IACC) was awarded a capital grant from The Department of Arts, Heritage, Regional, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs with match funding from Limerick City and County Council (LCCC). With this grant IACC will create the first purpose built, permanent home for aerial dance in Limerick, Ireland. This new building would be a working home supporting all forms of aerial circus arts equipped with adequate height and heat to learn and train aerial circus skills.

With it the IACC would be able to provide year-round support and services for both the national and international aerial community. This capital project gives Fidget Feet a permanent home by offering them their own creation studio. This will allow Fidget Feet to continue to create internationally renowned aerial dance work and ensures that they will continue to be leaders in the field.

Through & Around have provided IACC with strategic advice and project development work since 2017.
